I meet you where you're at
When you book your first session you'll be sent an intake package to fill out before we first met. That helps me learn what you're struggling with now, what past challenges may be influencing your current distress, and how you want your life to be different. I want to hear your story, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If you prefer to complete the intake package in-person that works too!
